New underground complex “Teatral’nyi” will be built in the end of the year in Saint-Petersburg, Leonid Polonsky, the head of developer company “Ryurik Management”, reported.

The plan of the project is under construction at the moment .

The future complex will include 6 underground floors, shops, offices, recreation zones, apartments, hotels and parking area.

Approximate cost of the project is $800–850 million. The expenses are supposed to be recovered in 9-11 years.
