The first hotel of Azimut hotel company will be opened in Moscow in the business area “Danilovskaya Manufacture 1867” in 2010, Interfax reports.

The building of the former business center is situated on the main road to Domodedovo, in 5 minutes walk from the underground station “Tulskaya”.

The new hotel will occupy 5 thousand sq. meters and include 130 rooms.

The company “KR Properties” is appointed to reconstruct the building. Azimut Hotels Company controls the reconstruction process of the hotel and is in charge of creating modern hotel interior design.

The reconstruction will be over in 2010. The agreement between KR Properties and Azimut Hotels Company will be in force for 20 years.  

There is a critical shortage of 3-star hotels on the Moscow hotel market.

Azimut Hotels Company manages the large business class hotel chain Azimut Hotels Chain. The company was created in 2004. Azimut hotels are situated in Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Ufa, Kostroma, Astrahan, Vladivostok, Murmansk and Chita.
