Two hotels of “Clover Group” (Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites) will be operated by Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. This inked a management agreement between Clover Group and IHG, press office of Clover Group reported.

Clover group now operates the construction of the multifunctional complex “Clover Citycenter”, located in the historic center of the city – on the Verhny Volhov embankment. Two hotels of IHG will be included in to the complex.

The 5 star hotel Crowne Plaza will include 202 rooms, restaurant, bar, conference hall, night club and gym. The 4 star apart-hotel Staybridge Suites will include 78 rooms, RIA Novosti reports.

Besides the hotels, the complex Clover Citycenter will have offices with the total area of 9.3 ths m2 and shopping and entertainment centers with the total area of 9.5 ths m2. The complex is set to open in 2011.
