Hyatt, Yekaterinburg to open in November

Arkadiy Chernetskiy, mayor of Yekaterinburg, visited today the construction sites of the district “Yekaterinburg-City” which is being constructed in the center of the Ural’s capital on the border of Iset River embankment and the streets of Chelyuskintsev, February revolution and Boevyh Drujin (Fighting forces). The district will feature the hotel of Hyatt and the skyscraper Iset.    

The mayor examined a pit which to become a foundation of the sky scraper. He also agreed on a date of the construction completion. The skyscraper to be built by the end of 2009.   During 2010 the interior repairs of the building to be implemented and the skyscraper “Yekaterinburg City” to be ready for the opening ceremony.  

As to the five star hotel “Hyatt”, it may serve the first guests by the end of the year. By now the hotel construction has been completed. The constructors now finish with the interior repairs and equip the adjoining territory. The international hotel operator Hyatt now in process of engaging the hotel personnel. More than 300 applicants are now being trained in the already repaired and equipped premises of the hotel.   

The hotel includes 300 rooms with one presidential suite, three restaurants, five bars, business hall and other facilities five star hotels must include.  

The mayor scheduled the hotel for opening in the end of the year.  However the constructors assured the mayor that first guest to be received on November, 1.
