The ADG group will build shopping and entertainment center, business center, hotel and housing estate in Kemerovo, press office of the group reported to KDO.ru.   

The group considers the industry zones on the outskirts of Kemerovo to be the most suitable for construction in the city. The group purchased the land which earlier hosted the chemical plant “Khimvolokno” located at the intersection of Khimikov Prospect and Streets of Tereshkovoi and Tukhachevskiy.    The shopping and entertainment center with the area of 115 ths m2, the hotel and housing estate will be built on the site.  

Analyst of ADG noted that in the last year the commercial real estate  market in Kemerovo experiences  an accelerated growth. Ten recently implemented construction projects and high-top shopping centers are the evidence of the rapid development.

Five modern shopping and entertainment centers now open in Kemerovo. The average rent price is $885 per square meter per year.     

At present mainly local developers presented at the city’s commercial real estate market. However ADG predicted that some companies of federal level are going to expand to Kemerovo as they are interested in city’s infrastructure development. Such companies as “Multifunctional centers” and “SDM” have already declared the construction of shopping complexes.

ADG group was created in 2003.  The group is a leading developer of shopping centers. ADG plans to invest more than $3 bln in construction of more than 2.5 mln m2 of commercial zones. At present the group develops the projects in Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk, Bryansk, Astrakhan, Nizhniy Novgorod, Cheboksary, Lipetsk and Orenburg, the talks on expansion to other regions are conducted.
