The four star hotel of Park Inn on the place of fleet of taxis in third Eniseiskaya Street will be built in Omsk.

The project of the hotel has already been approved at the architect and town-planning council of mayor of Omsk.

The hotel will be included to the complex “Ptich’ya Gavan” and will have the brand name “Rezidor SAS”. The building of the hotel will be constructed in S-form and will have 7 floors with restaurant on the first floor and cafe-bar on the last.  The whole area of the hotel will be 15 ths m2.

The territory of the former fleet will include two 14-storey business centers, 2-storey shopping center, 3-storey entertainment center with cinema halls.

The construction is set to be started in the autumn of 2008. The hotel will open in 2010.
