The reconstructed hotel “Aerostar” located on the road to the airport “Sheremet’evo, Moscow” (Leningradskoe highway) is ready to serve first guests.   

The hotel will work no more than five years because mini-city to be constructed on the place of the hotel in the future.

The analysts expect the project to be successful and await high revenue.

Nevertheless the hotel experienced high occupancy in ninetieth soon it was closed for the conflict emerged between the hotel proprietor the company “Aviacity” and the tenant the company “Aero Impom”. Last year a tender was held and the company “MosCity Group” (MCG) became a new developer of the hotel.  

“After half a year of reconstruction “Aerostar” is open again and now serves first guests. The 4-star hotel faces Petrovsky Palace and has almost 300 rooms including 27 suites, 4 conference-halls, restaurant and bar”, said Pavel Fuks, president of MCG.

“The hotel has very good and comfortable location. The only drawback of “Aerostat” is small rooms. But that should not influence its occupancy”, the chief director of "Orang Ring Hotel Management” Sergey Kolesnikov considers the hotel is a promising project.

“It is pleasure to have breakfast and dinner there”, says Sergey Luk’yanenko, member of board of directors of “Azimuth Management Group”, “This business hotel will be a favorite accommodation of businessmen. They will live there for 2-3 days. The hotel has all the facilities for organizing conferences and business meetings. It also has very good location and well organized parking places. Considering the lack of hotel accommodations in today’s Moscow, the project will unconditionaly be successful.
 
The Russian company “WEL Hotels & Resorts” will operate the hotel.  In 4 years a mini-city to be constructed on the place of “Aerostat”. In the near future MCG will announce tender. 14 foreign architects will become the participants of the tender.

“The construction plan of the mini-city is now underway. We are going to create a large multifunctional complex with a spacious congress-hall, hotels, offices and apartments, entertainment and shopping centers”, said Pavel Fuks to Business FM.
 
The developer company “MosCity Group” was found in 2006.  The portfolio of the company already includes two skyscrapers (Imperial Tower and Eurasia Tower) in the Moscow district “Moscow-City”.
