200 children’s cafes to open in Moscow by 2010

Moscow authorities are planning to build and reconstruct 32 children’s and 173 youth cafes by 2010 in Moscow.

According to the project of the decree “Development of the cafes for children and youth and other multifunctional family leisure centers in Moscow” with new cafes construction the whole amount of cafй seats will grow 1.6 times.    

In the spring of 2008 116 children’s cafes and 521 youth cafes worked in the city.

Young clients of the cafes are offered special children’s menus and play table games.
