Small Gostiny Dvor to be turned into multifunctional complex in 2 years

Small Gostiniy Dvor in the center of Saint-Petersburg will be turned in to the shopping and entertainment complex. The construction work should start in the nearest future and will last for two years.  

Petersburg real estate agency will invest $80 mln in to the project.

Clubs  “Dacha”, “Fidel”, “Vtoroy etag”, “Belgrad” was working in the building of the Small Gostiniy Dvor over the last years. The clubs will be closed in a week.

The construction plan will top off multifunctional complex with atrium, including shopping areas, four-star hotel totaling 170 rooms.

Petersburg Real Estate Agency has already received all permission documents for starting the construction.
