Novotel Moscow Centre has new owner

The development company “Open Investment”, the largest co-owners of which are the oligarchs Vladimir Potanin and Michael Prohorov, became the 100% owner of “Novotel Moscow Centre”.

Open Investment didn’t own only 31% of the hotel premises. These square meters were the property of city’s government.

In June Moscow government held a tender for the property owners. As a result the full owner of the hotel became a subsidiary of “Open Investment” ÎÀÎ “Hotel Novoslobodskaya”.

The hotels “Novotel Moscow Centre” and “Novoslobodskaya” are operated by Accor group.
