The meeting of the head of Ekaterinburg Arkady Chernetsky with the president of the Italien company “Domino Group” Ernesto Preatoni was held today in Ekaterinburg.

As “Uralinformburo” was informed in the press office of city administration, the parties discussed implementation of several construction projects in the city.  

The project of a large shopping complex in the Ordzhonikidze district, where are none of the shopping centers had ever been built, was discussed.

Another project to have been discussed is a construction of the elite block of flats nearby the streets of Malysheva and Hohryakova. The land for the house construction had already been purchased. The investment to the construction will amount to $13mln.

Preatoni also underlined the fact that his company is interested in the construction of 12-storey hotel in Ekaterinburg.  This business hotel with the area of 16ths m2 will total 200 rooms.

At the moment the Italian investors is looking for the appropriate place to establish the hotel there. They also await the support of a local government.
