The representative of Krasnodar administration reported that the authorities of Krasnodar region will announce the results of the land auction in the gambling zone “Azov-City” today.

The land auction for sale started on June 10. The region authorities offered land plots businessmen for competition based sale. The area of each plot is approximately 26 he. The main condition for the auction participants is to start the construction on November 1 2008 and complete till June 1 2009.

The winners of auction, as RIA Novosti reported, will become the companies which suggest the larger sum to be invested to the project and a higher price for the right to rent a land plot.    

According to RIA Novosti, the applications for participation in the auction for land plot sale in “Azov-City” have already been given by 2 Austrian companies (ASATI and Casino Austria) and by 5 Russian companies.

The results of the auction in Rostov area of “Azov-City” that was held on June 27 will be announced on July 29.
