The company “Peter the Great” will build a business center with hotel in the Konnaya Street not far from the Nevsky Prospect in Saint-Petersburg. According to RBK Daily the project of the business center with the offices of class A and a 4 star hotel has already been developed.  The area of the complex will be approximately 5ths m2.

 

At the moment the old 4 storey wrecking building with the area of 500 m2 located here. The developer will demolish the building which is not architecture or historical monument and provide the inhabitants of the building with new accommodations in the next 1.5 years. More than $500ths will be used for the deal. According to the demand of the city committee for culture monuments protection the whole ensemble of the two adjacent historical buildings in Khersonskaya and Konnaya streets should be preserved.  

 

By now the company has already accumulated more than 90% of the building.
