The company “Energogarant” will invest $200 million to the construction of the new hotel complex “Kempinski Berezki Moscow”. The complex will be located on the embankment of Klyazminskoe reservoir nearby the village of Povetniki in Moscow region, the chief director of the company Sergey Timofeev reported.

 

“It is our first project on the market of country houses real estate. We are going to create the best countryside hotel in Europe. The complex will cater to the guests a year round. Investment will amount to $200 million.”

 

According to Sergey Timofeev the hotel will be located in 11 km distance from the Moscow Ring Road nearby the Ostashevskoe motor road. The whole area of the complex will be 55 thousand m2. The complex will include hotel totaling 200 rooms, 42 villas, mooring able to place 100 yachts. The hotel will feature spa center, fitness center, swimming pool and congress hall that can easily be turned in to the hotel hall.  

 

“The standard room of the hotel will be worth €500 per night, suite - €10 thousand.  
Now the project of the complex is being developed. The hotel will open in 2011”, noted the chief director. 

 

The payback period of the hotel is expected to be 7 years. The hotel will be operated by the hotel management group “Kempinski”.
