The subsidiary company of the holding “Azovo-Donskoe parokhodstvo” OAO “Kubanskoe rechnoe parokhodstvo” will build business complex “River House” in Krasnodar, the head of the investment and marketing department of the company Valentina Ul’yanova reported. 

 

The business complex will include the offices of class B and hotel. The complex will spread over 35 ths m2. Investment will amount to 1-1.2 bln rubles.

 

According to Interfax the complex will open in 2010. “The premises of the complex will be rented, some of the them will be sold”, the agency quoted Ul’yanova.
