The multifunctional complex will be built in Nizhny Novgorod. It will be located on the left bank of the Oka River.

 

The complex will spread over 31 thousand m2. It will include entertainment center, hotel, restaurants and children grounds. The proposal was made to start the construction in 2009 and to complete in 2011.

 

The interregional investment company will finance the construction. Investment will amount to $250 million, according to “Kommersant”.

 

The company is also going to locate another shopping and entertainment centers on the Yarmorochnaya embankment of the Oka River and on the Grebnevskie Peku Island in Nizhny Novgorod.
