The hotel complex will be built in Moscow. It will be located at the Sadovo-Samotechnaya Street, in close proximity to the Olimpijskij Prospekt and Tsvetnoj Bul’var.  The 17 storey building of the complex will be constructed in the form of a pyramid.

 

New 5-star hotel complex will include 180 rooms and will feature underground parking area.  The hotel will face the city park, Samotechnaya Square and Olimpijskij Prospekt.

 

The complex will be build by the project of the American architect Frank Gary.
