Saint-Petersburg government adopted a decree to allot a building on the embankment of Fontanka River 145b, lit.A for hotel construction.  

ЗАО “Nezhiloj Fond Konsalt” will be the investor of the project.

Rinaldi Hotels Group worked out the project of the hotel. According to the project it is a hotel of economy class target audience of which is tourists with average and higher level of income. The hotel will occupy 2.9 thousand m2 area and total 140 rooms. It will also feature restaurant, lobby-bar and conference hall able to seat 160 people. The hotel will serve first guests in 2010.
