The construction worth 69 million of the sport and entertainment complex will start in Novosibirsk in the end of 2008. The construction is to be completed by the end of 2012. It inked an agreement between ООО “Forum i K” and “Makro-5-Investitsii” on sport and entertainment complex construction “Poseidon”. The companies from Germany, Canada and Latvia will take part in the project implementation.

The complex will spread over 51 thousand m2 area and will be located in the recreation zone of the Kirov park. It will boast 25 thousand m2 sport and entertainment infrastructure (aqua-park, fitness center, spa salon, food court and night club). The complex will also include the hotel totaling 150 rooms and 10 thousand m2 of parking area. According to the project the complex will feature color and musical fountains and concert halls.

According to Interfax the group of companies “Forum i K” (Novosibirsk) is the initiator of the project.  The company “Biro-71” (Slovenia) is the planner and “Makro-5-Investitsii” (Slovenia) is the general contractor.
