According to the agreement inked between Becar Realty Group and real estate agency “Itaka”, "Becar" will build apartments in the mini-district “Golden bay” in Anapa.

The agency will attract the buyers of the apartments. According to the preliminary forecasts “Itaka” will be able to sell 4%-5% of apartments. “Becar” will give the project of construction and design of the house complex.

The construction of the mini-district started in April of 2008 at the seaside of the Black Sea.  

The district will feature high-end house complex, hotels, aqua-park, dolphinarium, restaurants complex, parking area, yacht mooring, beach and park with artificial lakes and musical fountains. 

The district will occupy the area of 50 thousand m2. The house complex will be put into operation in the end of 2009. The investment will amount to 1.2 billion rubles.
