The Ekaterinburg hotel “Hyatt” and restaurant chain “KEF” is going to cooperate with “UMMC” (Ural mining and metallurgical company). The company will deliver dairy products, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce to the hotel and restaurants.

“We are now starting to develop HoReCa segment. The cooperation with large market players – the hotel “Hyatt” and the restaurant chain “KEF” is interesting and promising for us”, said the deputy commerce director of ООО “UMMC” Roman Pavkner.

According to “UMMC” holding, the director of the hotel Jean-Francois Durand and the owner of the chain Valery Loran will visit the factories of “UMMC”: dairy goods farm of agricultural company “Patrushi”, dairy plant “Verkhnepyshminskij” and farm “Teplichnoe”.
