Hotel to be built in city administration of St. Pete
Next-Stop.ru | 30 July 2008The project of the business complex “Nevskaya Ratusha” was approved at the meeting of the Town-planning council of Saint-Petersburg.
The complex will be located in the historical center of the city, nearby Smolny Cathedral and include offices of the city administration, business offices and hotels.
The area of the complex will be 250 thousand m2, the height – 55 meters. The complex will feature transparent dome.
The construction should be completed by 2012.
