Development company “Macromir” to build multifunctional complex with hotel in Moscow region
Next-Stop.ru | 31 July 2008The development company “Macromir” will build shopping and entertainment complex worth $150 million in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region. The complex will boast aqua-park, hotel, fitness club, parking area and offices. It will spread over 72 thousand m2 area.
The complex will be located at the intersection of Lenina and Brat’ev Gorozhankinykh streets.
The construction will be completed by 2012. The investment to the project is preliminary estimated to $150 million.
