The investment company “Kesko” that provides commercial real estate maintenance service reported its plans for high-top hotels construction in Krasnodar.

The company is going to establish multifunctional complex on the place of hotel “Tsentral’naya” . The complex will include 4-star hotel “Mercure” with a total of 200 rooms and business center.  The international hotel management company Accor Group will operate the hotel. The company has earlier  intended to construct 3-star hotel “Ibis” on the place of “Tsentral’naya”.  

“Kesko” will also build 5-star hotel on the place of the city hospital. Now the company is in the middle of negotiations with international  hotel operators, soon the brand of the hotel will be chosen. “Besides Accor Group two other international operators take part in the negotiations”, noticed the representative of the press-office of the company.

According to Interfax, the company is planning to build 15 hotels chain under international brand names in Russia during 5 years. The hotels will be located in Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novorossijsk, Omsk, Saint-Petersburg and Ufa.
