Some 150 objects will be added to Yekaterinburg by June of 2009 for the summit of Shanghai Organization of Cooperation, said the vice mayor of Yekaterinburg Victor Konteev, JustMedia reported.  

The hotel complex “Ukraine” totaling 150 rooms and the shopping center “Riphej” will be built on the way from airport “Koltsovo” to Yekaterinburg.  
 
The construction of 45 storey administrative and hotel complex “Antej”, hotels “Mariott” and “Novotel” will be completed by 2009.

The hotel “Hyatt”, business complex “Demidov”, high-rise tower “Iset” will be located on the embankment of Iset River.

Social and administrative complex “Onegin Palace” that will feature the hotel complex with a total of 159 rooms will also open for the event.

The hotel “Bolshoj Ural” now awaits its reconstruction.

The majority of summit events will be held in the House of receptions and celebrations.

$5.4 billion will be put into the construction and preparation for the summit.
