Tallest hotel of Tatarstan opened in Kazan

The tallest hotel of Tatarstan “Riv’era” opened in Kazan on 23 of August, Interfax reports.  The four-star hotel features 26 floors and is the part of the huge complex “Kazanskaya Riv’era”. ÎÎÎ «Suvar-Kazan» is the developer company of the complex.

The hotel includes 210 rooms and able to accommodate 367 guests. It also has fitness club, restaurant, bar, business center and conference halls.

The investment to the project amount to approximately $55 million. The payback period is expected to be 11 years.  

The construction of the complex “Kazanskaya Riv’era is now underway. It will also include aqua park, entertainment center and other several projects. It will be located on the area of 6 he. The entire investment to the complex will amount to approximately $155 million.
