Hilton Corporation plans for Russia

Hilton Hotels Corporation opened the hotel “Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya”. It is the first hotel project from the three ones the corporation is going to add to Russia by the end of 2008.

The hotel “Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya” is the property of ОАО “Sadko - Hotel”. It will work under the franchise agreement between ОАО “Sadko - Hotel” and Hilton corporation.

The Moscow subsidiary of the company “Interstate Hotels & Resorts” will operate the hotel on behalf of the proprietor.   

The 28 storey hotel has 273 rooms including 39 suites, 5 historical suites with the interior of 50th and 3-room presidential suite. The hotel also features business center.

The corporation is going to open medium priced hotel of Hilton Garden Inn in Perm by the end of 2008. The first hotel of Doubletree by Hilton will also open in Novosibirsk.

The hotel in Novosibirsk is the first common project of the corporation and the company London & Regional Properties Limited. The companies are going to build 25 hotels in Russia in the next 5-7 years under the following brand names: Conrad®, Hilton®, Doubletree by Hilton™, Hilton Garden Inn™ and Hampton by Hilton™.

The corporation is going to open more than 70 hotels of Hilton Family throughout Russia in the next 10 years.
