VTB Group will introduce two projects in the Second International Investment Real Estate Forum PROEstate - “Naberezhnaya Evropy” and “Nevskaya Ratusha”.
 
The project “Naberezhnaya Evropy” is the multifunctional complex that will be located in Petrogradskaya district on the embankment of the river Malaya Neva between Tuchkov and Birzhevoi bridges. The complex will spread over 9,9 he area and include hotels, high-top accommodations, shopping and office center.
 
VTB Bank will finance the project. The company “Petersburg city” will be the investor of the project,  “VTB-Development” will be the developer.

The project “Nevskaya Ratusha” will include social and business complex on the area of 6 he. It will be located nearby the Novgorodskaya, Moiseenko Streets and Degtyarny Lane. 100 ths m2 of the premises when the construction will be over will be occupied by the city government committees.  Other premises will be leased as high-end offices of class “A”. Additional 100 ths will be occupied by the underground parking. The complex will also include objects of commercial real estate (shopping centers, restaurants, hotel and fitness center).
