99% of shares of four-star hotel “Tashkent Palace” is up for sale in Tashkent. Such a decision was reached by the owners because of the large debts of the hotel.

The starting price is $37 mln. Investment obligation amount to $17,16 and will be used for acquittance.

The hotel was built in 1958 and is located in the center of Tashkent. In 2002-2003 it was reconstructed and became a hotel of four-star class.
