The management company “Grand City” is going to construct 8-10 shopping and entertainment complexes in the regions of Russia. The investment to the project by 2010 will amount to $500 mln.

The company is now implementing the projects of 4 shopping and entertainment centers in the following cities: Novosibirsk, Kemerov, Shakhtakh (Kemerov region) and Taganrog.

“Grand City” is going to establish not merely shopping and entertainment centers but multifunctional centers with the real estate of different kinds. Novosibirsk project will include 2 shopping centers, 6-storey hotel and the shop “Adidas”.

The company will build shopping and entertainment center in Taganrog, four-star hotel, aqua park and residential building. Turkish companies Enka and Sinergy will be the building contractors of the complex.
