“Rusfin-Siberia” to build cottage village with hotel in environ of Omsk

ÎÎΠ “Rusfin-Siberia” will build cottage village “Radonezh” in the environ of Omsk.  It will be one of the largest in the region.

This was reported by the director of the company Sergey Sumenkov.

“The land for the construction (111 he) has already been acquired in 5 km distance from Omsk, nearby the village of  Morozovka. The territory is divided into 7 sections everyone of which will be designed in its own architect style. 800 cottages with the area of 68-680 m2 according to Canadian and Finnish technologies will be built here”.

The investors is going to realize the cottages at $1,2-2 ths per sq.meter.  

It will be a complex developing of the infrastructure. The project describes the construction of school, kinder garden, treatment and sport centers, hotel, shopping and entertainment center that will place cash&carry supermarket, shopping gallery and other businesses.

Analysts estimate the project to $300 mln.

According to Sumenkov “Rusfin-Siberia” expects to cover the costs not earlier than in 8 years.
