“M-Industry” to build tourism and recreation complex in Stavropol region

Petersburg company “M-Industry” is going to invest $500 mln to the construction of tourism and recreation zone in Stavropol region. The resort with the area of 360 he able to serve 5 ths people will be created in Zheleznovodsk. The document for Federal agency for special economic zones (SEZ) management is now being prepared in order to include the object into SEZ.

“M-industry” is going to independently invest the project. According to CEO of ÎÎÎ “Petersburgkurortstroi” (which is included into “M-industry”) Andrew Lemeshko the tourism zone will top off four recreation zones.

“M-industry” unites 22 companies. The parent company ÇÀÎ “M-industry” was established in 1993 and now is included in the top 10 largest construction companies of Saint-Petersburg.  

Last year the company won renown outside Saint-Petersburg when it became the developer of the unique project worth $6 bln – “Federation island”.  The company will also invest $250 mln to the construction of the high-top village on the seaside of the Black Sea. The complex “Victoria” may become the most expensive project of low-rise buildings construction in the suburbs of Sochi. The village will include 50 villas and 5-star hotels.
