The project “Zolotaya milya” (“Golden mile”) will be introduced at the investment forum “Sochi-2008”. The resort of international standard located nearby the village Blagoveschenskaya will top off the project.  This was reported to the information agency “RBK.South region” in the department of investment of Krasnodar region.

The project is estimated to €2.1 bln.

According to the project the resort city will be placed at the alluvial islands situated in the littoral zone of Vityazevo village (18 km from Anapa). The resort will include business, shopping, entertainment, sport and recreation infrastructure, apart-hotels and cottages, hotels of 5, 4 and 3 star category.

The recreation zone will include yacht-club, surfing center, recreation complex, balneological center, oceanarium and aqua park able to serve 3 ths people.
