The second hotel of New Star will be built in Leningrad district of Perm. According to CEO of ЗАО “Predpriyatie B-1336” (which is developing hotel chain New Star) Alexander Polev the reconstruction of the building with the area of 5.6 ths m2 is now underway. The new hotel will include 80 rooms, restaurant, street-bar, sauna and fitness club. The proposal was made to open the hotel in March 2009.
