Apartment complex and high-top hotel to be built in Sochi

“United industry corporation” is going to build high-top hotel and apartment complex on the place of the hotel “Primorskaya”. This was reported to the correspondent of information agency  Domania in the press-office of the corporation.   

The construction of the hotel will be over in 2013. It will total 150-200 rooms. Multi-storied apartment complex including 200 apartments will be erected nearby the hotel.

The whole area of the project will be 120 ths m2. 12 ths m2 will be occupied by the hotel, 73 ths m2 - by the complex. The parking area will be equipped nearby.
