In September-October ООО “Technology NN” (Nizhny Novgorod) is planning to submit an application of project of hotel complex construction to the Investment council of the governor of Nizhny Novgorod region. The complex will include hotel and recreation center located at Grebnoj channel in Nizhegorodskaya district of Nizhny Novgorod.

This was reported to the information agency “NTA-Privilzg’e” by the superviser of the project Vladimir Shlepnev.

According to him the company is going to build the three-storey hotel totaling 50 rooms. It will occupy the area of 7,55 ths m2 of the whole 20,558 ths m2 area of the construction site.
 
Shlepnev noted that according to the project the hotel would include 3 swimming pools (one inside and two outside pools). The recreation complex will include tennis court and volleyball playground.

According to Shlepnev parking, mooring and beach will top off the project.

The terms of the project implementation are not defined yet.  

The residents of Nizhnegorodskaya district who attended the public hearings Tuesday supported the project.
