Dagestan authorities plan to introduce the projects of resorts and tourism and recreation complexes at the investment forum “Sochi-2008”.   The investment to the projects will amount to $710 mln.

The construction of the complex “German village” the project of which will be introduced at the forum is now underway in Karabudakhkentskij region of Dagestan.

According to the project of ООО “Europe-Invest” golf and yacht clubs will be built together with house complex. Clinics, chemist’s shops, treatment, sport and shopping centers, institute of sea and ecology will top off the project. $480 mln of investment are needed to implement the project. The payback period according to the experts is expected to be not less than 7 years.

The initiator of the other project of tourism complex “Golden sands” is ООО “Era”. The complex will be located on the seaside of the Caspian Sea. It will include hotel, restaurants, wellness center, sport complex, aqua park and boat station.  The payback period pof the complex is expected to be 4 years.

Tourism and recreation center “Darvag-chaj” will be erected in Derbentckij region of Dagestan. The center will include hotel complex with a total of 600 beds, yacht-club with bungalow of 200 beds and entertainment complex  “Aqua-mir”. Not less than $42 mln will be put to the construction of the complex.
