The international hotel chain “Hyatt” will open the first 5-star hotel “Hyatt Regency” in Yekaterinburg in the end of 2008.  It will be the second hotel of Hyatt after the hotel “Ararat Park Hyatt” in Russia. The company “Bouyges Batiment International” will be in charge of the construction by the request of investment and construction company “Verkh-Isetskaya”.

“Hyatt Regency Yekaterinburg” is the part of the construction project “Yekaterinburg-City” which will become new business district in the center of the city located on the bank of the river Iset.  Besides the hotel the district will include three sky-scrapers with offices, high-top multifunctional housing complex, business zone, shopping gallery, conference center and underground parking.  

French architecture bureau “Valode & Pistre” developed the project of the hotel. 20-storey building of the hotel with a total of 296 rooms will fit well into the architectural ensemble of Yekaterinburg.
