Hotel complex to be erected in Petersburg region
New hotel complex will appear in the city of Zelenogorsk near the yacht club “Terieoki” and the beach “Zolotoj”. The complex will be the part of the yacht-club. The company “Yacht-club
Terieoki Invest” became the investor of the project. 2 land plots with
the area of 80 ths m2 are at company’s disposal. The infrastructure of
the hotel complex will be erected there. According to analysts $80 mln will be required for the construction.

“Technology NN” plans to construct hotel complex in Nizhny Novgorod
In September-October ÎÎÎ “Technology NN” (Nizhny Novgorod) is planning
to submit an application of project of hotel complex construction to
the Investment council of the governor of Nizhny Novgorod region. The
complex will include hotel and recreation center located at Grebnoj
channel in Nizhegorodskaya district of Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported to the information agency “NTA-Privilzg’e” by the superviser of the project Vladimir Shlepnev. According to him the company is going to build the three-storey hotel
totaling 50 rooms. It will occupy the area of 7,55 ths m2 of the whole
20,558 ths m2 area of the construction site.

Hotel for pilgrims to be constructed in Zvenigorod
New hotel for pilgrims will open in Zvenigorod (Moscow region) in

Monday the hotel would total 45 rooms. The construction is now underway.

California to be removed from maps
A village named California in the Nizhny Novgorod Region is likely to be removed from maps according to a decision of a committee of local lawmakers, a legislature spokesman said. The decision to end the existence of the village was taken "because there is now not a single person living in the village," the spokesman said, adding that the regional legislature will reach a final decision on the issue on July 31.

The owner of the “Crocus Group” Aras Agalarov and the president of “Troon Golf” Hadom Hinton signed a 15-year contract according to which the American company will operate the golf club being built inside the complex “Agalarov Estate”. The complex will spread over 320 he area on the 35 km of Novorizhskoe motor road in Moscow region. According to Agalarov more than $400 million of his own and borrowed funds regardless the cost of the land have already been invested to the project.
