200 children’s cafes to open in Moscow by 2010

Moscow authorities are planning to build and reconstruct 32 children’s and 173 youth cafes by 2010 in Moscow. According to the project of the decree “Development of the cafes for children and youth and other multifunctional family leisure centers in Moscow” with new cafes construction the whole amount of cafй seats will grow 1.6 times.

Coffee House to be opened at renovated Kursky station

Mirax Group has held a tender for tenants at Kursky Station in Moscow, with prices ranging from 20,555 rubles ($875) to 180,000 rubles ($7,700) per square meter.
